We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders received between May 1st and May 10th will be affected and will be processed in the order they are received arriving beginning May 15th. You will receive a shipping update once your order has shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support at this time. Shipping & Returns
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you did not receive the email please check you spam or junk folders. Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number. If you placed this order on HOOYMAN.COM account the tracking number will be visible in the order detail. Tracking numbers can then be tracked using the carrier's web site.

All HOOYMAN.COM orders are shipped standard ground through FedEx or USPS. We cannot guarantee shipment arrival times.
You should expect notification of shipment with tracking number within 5 business days for processing. Standard ground shipping times from Missouri to follow.
Orders placed on HOOYMAN.COM cannot be shipped internationally. We will only ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. For help locating an international Hooyman™ dealer or distributor, please fill out our Contact Form.
